Improve Your Lifestyle

Coral Calcium Supreme Plus

Coral Calcium is available in several formulations. Each form is a mineral-rich supplement, but there are nutritional differences. Deciding which coral calcium daily is best depends entirely upon your dietary needs and lifestyle.

Each bottle of Dr. Bob Barefoot's Coral Calcium Supreme Plus contains a 90 capsule supply of marine grade coral calcium. The recommended dosage for this coral calcium supplement is three capsules daily, or as recommended by your health care provider.

Marine Grade and Fossilized Coral Calcium

Marine grade coral calcium is mined underwater, while fossilized grade coral calcium is minded from beach sand. Although both forms of coral calcium originate from the same place, there are nutritional differences.

Seabed coral from which marine grade coral calcium comes has dropped from the reef naturally, or is processed by reef inhabitants. Its makeup closely resembles living coral since many minerals and organic components are retained. Harvesting coral calcium in this form neither damages the living reef nor reduces its mineral and nutrient content.

Fossilized coral calcium has undergone weathering from seawaters and been washed ashore. This process literally washes away some vital nutrients.

Coral Calcium Supreme Plus Formulation

Every Coral Calcium Supreme Plus capsule contains 666mg of marine grade coral calcium harvested from the seas of Okinawa, Japan. Marine grade coral calcium is particularly nutrient rich, and contains more magnesium than other forms. In fact, it provides close to a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, which is the ideal dietary intake.

This coral calcium daily also contains over 75 trace minerals, in naturally occurring proportions, close to the human body's mineral content. Each Coral Calcium Supreme Plus capsule provides the following vitamins and minerals and more :

Vitamins
  • 666 IU Vitamin D per capsule
  • 1666 IU Vitamin A
  • 20 mg Vitamin C
  • 10 IU Vitamin E
  • .5 mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)
  • .56 mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
  • 6.6 mg Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide)
  • .6 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyrodoxine)
  • 266 mcg Folic Acid
  • 2 mcg Vitamin B12

  • 199 mg Calcium
  • 10 mcg Selenium

To determine which formulation best fits your needs, compare your current calcium intake, either dietary or calcium supplement based, with the nutrition provided by the coral calcium supplement.
